We are seeking a highly technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital products within CTI-MD. This role is ideal for a product professional who combines strong product management fundamentals with hands-on technical expertise and can effectively bridge business, engineering, data, and operations teams.
The successful candidate will own products from discovery through delivery and adoption, partnering closely with scientists, business stakeholders, engineers, architects, data teams, and quality teams to solve complex business challenges within the pharmaceutical and life sciences domain.
While the primary responsibility is product leadership, the individual should be comfortable reading code, writing prototypes, analysing data, developing proof-of-concepts, and contributing technically when necessary.
Identify market and industry opportunities that inform product direction and business unit goals.
Validate assumptions through experimentation,



data analysis, prototypes, and user feedback.
Evaluate technology options, architectural trade-offs, integrations, scalability, and technical risks.
Drive data-driven, and platform-thinking approaches.
Partner with engineering teams through design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Manage product backlogs and prioritization decisions.
Ensure products are delivered with quality, security, and operational excellence.
AI & Digital Innovation
Identify opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, and digital technologies within CTI-MD products.
Drive adoption of up-to-date engineering and AI-enabled product development practices.
Knowledge Sharing & Coaching
Share specialized product management practices and domain-specific insights to help team members grow.
Build strong relationships across business, scientific, regulatory, quality, and technology functions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.

Experience

- 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, or related roles.
- Experience leading software products through the full product lifecycle.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments.




- Demonstrated success delivering business outcomes through digital products.

Working knowledge of software engineering and system design fundamentals, including APIs, integrations, and scalability trade-offs.
Experience with cloud and data platforms.
Practical understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts and how they apply to enterprise products.
Familiarity with modern SDLC and DevOps practices, and with security, privacy, and compliance considerations in regulated environments.
Build prototypes, proofs-of-concept, scripts, or automations to test ideas and de-risk decisions.
Experience in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Clinical Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, or R&D; domains.
Understanding of GxP, validation, data integrity, and regulated environments.
Experience working with scientific, clinical, manufacturing, or laboratory systems.
Experience with AI-enabled products, data products, or enterprise platforms.
MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
