We are looking for a Member of Technical Staff to design, build and operate cloud-native, data-intensive systems. You will own production capabilities end to end, working across backend services, APIs, integrations and data pipelines.
We are also adopting AI-assisted development across our engineering workflow and expect you to use these tools effectively while maintaining high standards for quality, security and maintainability.

Design and build backend services, APIs, integrations and data pipelines using Go and Python.

- Own features and technical improvements from design through implementation, deployment and production support.
- Build reliable software for distributed, cloud-native and data-intensive systems.
- Work with Kubernetes, containers and cloud infrastructure.
- Use modern AI development tools across implementation, testing, debugging and code exploration, while taking responsibility for the resulting code.
- Strong professional experience of 6-9 years building and operating backend software in production.
- Strong programming skills in Go, Python or both.
- Experience building APIs, distributed services and data-processing systems.




- Experience with cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes and containers.
- Experience with relational databases and sound data-modeling practices.
- Strong fundamentals in automated testing, CI/CD, observability, security and production troubleshooting.
- Experience with high-volume data ingestion, processing or integration systems.
- Experience with multi-tenant enterprise SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with AWS, Terraform, PostgreSQL and up-to-date analytical data platforms.
- Experience integrating with external cloud or SaaS APIs.
- Experience with metering, billing, usage or other consumption-oriented data.
- Experience working with AI/ML platforms, APIs or related data.
- Practical experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
