About the Company

Skillumni is an EdTech platform focused on helping learners and institutions connect with meaningful career and development opportunities. The company is seeking motivated candidates for a Business Development Associate internship based in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective learners and introduce them to relevant Skillumni offerings.
- Conduct structured conversations through assigned channels and maintain accurate follow-up records.
- Work with the Team Lead to understand daily goals, manage leads, and support conversion activities.
- Participate actively in training, team reviews, and performance discussions.
- Build positive relationships with prospects while communicating clearly and professionally.

Requirements

- Suitable for candidates pursuing or recently completing their education and seeking practical exposure to business development.




- Strong verbal communication, persuasion, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with target-oriented work and a full-time, on-site schedule.
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn, and the ability to accept coaching from team leaders.
- The internship duration is six months. The initial 10-day training period is unpaid; thereafter, the monthly structure includes ₹10,000 fixed pay and a ₹7,000 target-based component, with additional incentives for exceeding targets. Minor deductions may apply to the target-based component based on performance.

This is a full time, on-site opportunity in BTM Layout, Bangalore, within the EdTech industry. Candidates will receive guidance during training and ongoing support from the team as they work toward achievable targets.
