We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic Mother Teacher for Grade 1 to handle primary-level students and teach English, Mathematics and Environmental Studies (EVS). The candidate should have excellent teaching skills, patience and the ability to create a positive, engaging and child-friendly learning workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Grade 1 students as a Mother Teacher.
Teach English, Mathematics and EVS as per the prescribed curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids and classroom activities.
Make learning interactive, activity-based and enjoyable for young learners.
Develop students' reading, writing, communication and basic mathematical skills.
Monitor students' academic progress and maintain assessment records.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure the overall well-being of students.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic performance and development.
Participate in school activities, meetings and other academic responsibilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any relevant discipline.
- B.Ed / D.El.Ed / NTT qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school, preferably at the primary level.
- Strong subject knowledge in English, Mathematics and EVS.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Should be patient, caring, creative and passionate about teaching young children.
- Ability to use innovative and activity-based teaching methodologies.
Preference: Candidates with prior experience in handling Grade 1 students in reputed English-medium schools will be preferred. and who can join us immeditely
