Lead and manage a diverse team of cybersecurity professionals across multiple portfolios, including GRC, Security Operations (SOC), Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, IAM, Security Engineering, and Compliance.
Own and drive ISO 27001, SWIFT CSP, COSO , and other regulatory/compliance programs, including audits, assessments, and remediation activities.
Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee vulnerability management, threat monitoring, remediation tracking,



and continuous security improvement efforts.
Manage security technologies such as SIEM, DLP, EDR/XDR, Firewalls, IAM, and Identity Governance solutions.
Lead cyber incident management, crisis response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
Establish and maintain security governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures.
Ensure secure configurations and security best practices across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and enterprise environments.
Manage stakeholder relationships with business leaders, customers, external auditors, regulators, and security partners.
Drive security awareness, operational effectiveness, resource planning, and team development initiatives.
