Minimum 6 months International BPO voice/chat experience required.

Roles

- Handle inbound international customer calls and chats
- Understand customer needs, ask the right questions and resolve issues
- Greet customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and update the call tracking system
- Meet quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets (KPIs)
- Handle complex queries independently and escalate when needed
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services

Requirements

- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in International BPO voice or chat process
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good computer navigation skills
- Solid problem-solving, probing and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work night rotational shifts
