Own and manage key business applications including SAP Business One, Zoho CRM, Inflow, FolderIT, ZingHR, Asana, Avoma, and other critical systems

Establish solid application governance, software lifecycle management, and renewal tracking

Lead the in-house coordination of the SAP Business One to Zoho ERP migration program

Drive process mapping, data cleansing, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare activities for ERP transformation





Partner with vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of projects and enhancements

Support integrations and data flows between ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365 and other business platforms

Develop documentation, operating procedures, user training materials, and governance standards

Experience: 6-10 years in ERP, business applications, or digital systems administration

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
