Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in the Pune Division. The Sales Consultant will guide customers through property search and selection, provide detailed information on real estate options, and support them through transaction processes. The role involves collaborating with internal teams,



using digital tools and platform data to recommend suitable properties, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality. The Sales Consultant will also work toward achieving sales targets, nurturing long-term client relationships, and representing Square Yards professionally in the local market.

Solid Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate solutions.

Demonstrated Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive client relationships.

Proven ability to work toward sales targets, with basic knowledge of real estate or proptech considered an advantage.

Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and online platforms to manage leads and track sales activities.

Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; prior sales or consulting experience is highly beneficial.
