Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT requirements (contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles).
Work closely with US clients, account managers, and delivery teams to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Source candidates using job portals (Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), internal databases, referrals, and networking.
Coordinate and schedule client interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS.
Ensure compliance with US labour laws, visa guidelines, and company policies.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly recruitment targets and SLAs.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of IT talent for current and future needs
