Langford Staffing is recruiting experienced Outbound Sales Representatives for a client operating high-volume consumer calling campaigns.
You are not responsible for completing the final sale or determining eligibility. This role is best suited to someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable with continuous outbound calling and motivated by measurable results.

The interview includes realistic call scenarios designed to test how you communicate, qualify consumers, handle objections and request a live transfer.
Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
Explain the reason for the call in simple language.
Apply coaching and improve based on call reviews and performance feedback.
Campaigns may involve health benefits, insurance, telecommunications and other approved consumer products or services.
Required Experience
At least three years of recent outbound calling, telesales, appointment-setting, lead-generation or live-transfer experience.
Experience working in a high-volume automatic-dialer environment.
Experience qualifying consumers and handling objections.
Experience completing warm or live call transfers.
Familiarity with Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools, Readymode or a comparable dialer.
Strong spoken and written English.
Clear pronunciation and a confident, professional telephone manner.
Accurate CRM notes, call dispositions and data entry.
Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with strong accuracy.
Experience with U.S. consumer campaigns, insurance, benefits, telecommunications or call-centre sales is preferred.
