We are seeking an experienced, professional, and guest-focused Guest Service Associate to join our hospitality operations team in Udaipur.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in hotels, resorts, luxury villas, serviced apartments, or hospitality guest relations.

Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and overall guest experiences.

- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and property operations teams.
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and hospitality service.




- Promote additional services and identify upselling opportunities.
- Encourage guest feedback and maintain positive online reviews.

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or guest services (mandatory).

- Graduate or diploma holder, preferably in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience with hotel operations, front office management, or guest relations.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
