Role Description The Business Development Associate (US WFO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research, delivering persuasive presentations and product demos, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The associate will collaborate closely with sales, marketing,



and operations teams to meet revenue targets and enhance customer experience. The role also involves following up on inquiries, managing outbound communication across channels, and providing feedback from customers to help refine the company's go-to-market strategies.

Candidates should possess robust Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to diverse audiences.
Prior experience in business development, inside sales, or account management, preferably in edtech or B2C services.
Comfort working US time zones and handling high-volume outreach using phone, email, and digital tools.
Proficiency with CRM software and basic productivity tools (e.g., Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work from the Bengaluru office, collaborate in a fast-paced environment, and meet performance targets ethically and responsibly.
