About the job
Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
2. Visit automobile dealers, distributors, workshops, garages, and other potential customers to promote automotive products.
3. Understand customer requirements, provide suitable product solutions, and build strong customer relationships.
4. Follow up on enquiries, prepare quotations, and convert leads into sales.
5. Achieve sales targets and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
6. Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and regular follow-ups.
7. Coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries, customer satisfaction, and payment collection.
8. Travel within the assigned territory to develop and expand the customer base. Skill(s) required

Other requirements

1. 1 year of experience in industrial sales, lubricants, automobiles, or a related technical field.
2. BE/BTech/Diploma in mechanical engineering, automobile engineering, or a related field.
3. Good technical knowledge of industrial lubricants and customer applications.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
5.



Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for customer and distributor visits.
6. Candidates with a valid two -wheeler and driving license will be preferred.
7. Freshers and experienced candidates with robust communication skills and a willingness to pursue field sales are welcome; prior sales experience will be an added advantage.
