This position requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, specifically within a school environment, as school experience is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct recruitment activities, including screening candidates and handling initial interviews to identify suitable talent for our schools. - Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and leave management, to ensure compliance and efficiency in HR processes. - Oversee salary management to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. - Organize and facilitate induction and training programs for new employees to ensure they are well-integrated into the organization.



- Foster employee engagement through various initiatives and programs to enhance workplace morale and productivity.
