10+ years of experience in Staffing/MSP operations, service delivery, client amp; supplier management
Robust MSP industry experience (mandatory)
Expertise in stakeholder management, governance, process optimization, and operational excellence
3-5+ years of people leadership experience
Experience with VMS, ATS, and recruitment technologies is a plus
