We're a healthcare platform for humans, designed for real life. Pocketpills is Canada's leading online pharmacy & medical care platform. Re-imagining healthcare to make it accessible, affordable and entirely human. Driven by our passion for innovation and customer-care, we've designed a suite of digital care experiences that empower our members to take control of their health wherever life takes them. We don't believe long line ups at the doctor's office, confusing refill protocols & one-size-fits-all advice, actually fit with what Canadians need, so we've changed the game. Because we do believe Canadians deserve a better way to manage their most important asset, their health. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support our marketing initiatives across channels. This is a great opportunity for a motivated marketer early in their career to gain hands-on exposure in a fast-paced E-commerce/D2C environment. You'll work closely with the Head of Growth on campaign execution, reporting, and market research.
Own campaign-level planning across launches (ADHD, GLP-1, and future lines) and always-on marketing , building the calendar, sequencing workstreams,
and keeping Growth and Brand pulling in the same direction on every initiative.
Manage Indian creative team
Run weekly campaign check-ins across functions so blockers, creative bottlenecks, and launch timelines surface early rather than at the deadline.
Ensure pharmacy compliance (Health Canada, Meta ad standards for drugs/pharmaceuticals) is baked into every campaign from brief stage, not caught at review.
Work with our internal creative team and external creative partners to manage creative resourcing and development and keep projects on track.
6-8 years of relevant work experience in integrated marketing/marketing program management or similar type of role with proven ability to manage large-scale marketing campaigns
- Experience running a product launch across markets
- An MBA in Marketing/Communications is a robust plus.
- Experience marketing to Canadian audiences is a plus.
- Experience in DTC health, telehealth, or e-commerce is a plus, but the core skill is campaign conceptualisation & orchestration, not channel expertise.
