Inspiria Knowledge Campus is looking for a high-energy Social Media & Content Strategist to lead our digital brand presence. You'll be the director, storyteller and strategic voice of our campus, creating content that connects with Gen-Z students, parents and industry leaders.

Experience: 1–3 years
Type: Full-time

Content Strategy & Short-Form Video

- Own the monthly social strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Script, shoot, host and edit high-retention Reels and YouTube Shorts on campus culture, student wins and academic excellence
- Be the on-camera face for campus events, student podcasts, spotlight interviews and trend-based formats
- Growth, Community & AI Workflow
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney and CapCut Pro to speed up ideation, scripting and design
- Build an active community through comments, DMs and threads
- Keep a brand voice that's relatable,



professional and right for each platform

Analytics & Performance

- Share bi-weekly performance reports and strategy tweaks with the Marketing Head
- Partner with the Performance Marketing team on organic concepts for paid Meta and Google campaigns

Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Media Production or a related field

- 1–3 years managing active social accounts, with a portfolio or showreel of short-form video work (Agency or Education sector experience is a plus)
- Advanced video editing: Design skills in Canva Pro / Photoshop
- Strong copywriting: scroll-stopping hooks and transparent calls-to-action
- Deep understanding of Gen-Z digital culture, emerging audio trends and algorithm shifts
