Job Overview

We are hiring experienced International Voice Process professionals for multiple opportunities with leading multinational companies across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane.

Candidates will be evaluated through MyGlit AI screening and considered for suitable openings across participating organizations based on their experience, communication skills, qualifications and employer preferences.

Important: This hiring campaign is strictly for candidates with prior International Voice Process experience. Freshers and candidates without International Voice experience are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.

- Resolve customer queries, complaints and service requests professionally.

- Deliver excellent customer experience through effective verbal communication.

- Handle customer service, technical support or banking-related queries depending on the assigned process.

- Follow company policies, quality standards and compliance guidelines.

- Meet productivity, customer satisfaction and performance targets.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update interaction details.





- Demonstrate professionalism while handling challenging customer interactions.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

- Must be currently residing in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai or Thane.

- Must be a Graduate OR HSC (12th Pass) with a minimum of 6 months of International Voice Process experience.

- Minimum 6 months of prior International Voice experience is mandatory.

- Excellent spoken English and customer-handling skills.

- Must be comfortable handling international customer calls.

- Must be willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.

- Must be comfortable working from the office.

- Must be flexible with two rotational weekly offs.

Not Eligible:

- Freshers.

- Candidates without International Voice Process experience.

- Candidates currently residing outside Mumbai, Navi Mumbai or Thane.

- Candidates unwilling to work night shifts or rotational shifts.

- Candidates looking exclusively for work-from-home opportunities.

Interview Process

Candidates must successfully complete the following assessment and interview rounds:

1. Chat Assessment Test – Evaluation of written communication and comprehension skills.

2. Typing Test & Video Call – Assessment of typing speed,



accuracy, communication and presentation.

3. Operations Round – Final evaluation by the Operations team based on process knowledge, experience and customer-handling capabilities.
