Minimum Graduate
# Experience 4-6 years of Team Handling experience in Channel Management & Direct Sales.
Manage end-to-end Jio Fiber business at the unit Level.
- Provide necessary on the job training and performance coaching.
- Achieve sales target for Jio Fiber business at the Unit/Territory and at individual level.
- Drive sales through other channels like General Trade, Sales Partners etc.
- Acquire building and society permissions for the assigned Unit/Territory.
- Build relations with local authorities and handle any unforeseen situations and escalations.
