As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Leveraging Linux kernel features to enhance hypervisor performance and stack functionality.
Researching, proposing, and integrating relevant open-source projects based on product objectives
Developing and engineering the software running on the hosts in our data centers
Working with a team & helping through hiring, training, coaching and mentoring.
Have at-least 5 years of relevant experience in optimized software running on large distributed production environments & a Bachelors degree (CS)
Have experience developing software on the Linux kernel. Be proficient in writing organized, effective, and well-documented Python code; Have experience developing systems software on Linux, with a good understanding of Linux internals, processes and threads, cgroups, and resource management.
Have experience designing abstract software architectures from ideas through implementation and creatively apply domain experience to solve technical challenges
