Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineering (QE) Engineer with strong hands-on skills

in test automation to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in

designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automated test cases using modern

automation frameworks.

The candidate should be comfortable working with JavaScript, Cypress, Node.js, and reusable

automation components, with the ability to understand an existing framework, ramp up quickly,

and contribute to ongoing quality engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications and

software products.

- Develop and enhance test automation using Cypress, JavaScript, and Node.js.
- Work with existing automation frameworks and contribute to framework improvements

and test coverage.

• Implement and maintain the Page Object Model (POM) and reusable automation

components.

• Analyze test results, investigate failures, debug scripts, and report defects with clear

supporting information.

• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams to understand

requirements and ensure product quality.

- Support regression testing, functional testing, and release validation activities.
- Contribute to automation initiatives across projects and adapt to established testing

frameworks and practices.

• Understand existing test organization, framework structure, and execution workflows to

become productive quickly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Engineering,



Software Testing, or Test Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with test automation and automated test case

development.

- Working knowledge of JavaScript and Cypress for test automation.
- Familiarity with Node.js and the supporting automation ecosystem.
- Experience with Page Object Model (POM), reusable functions, and maintainable test

scripts.

• Understanding of software testing fundamentals, including functional, regression, and

defect testing.

• Ability to troubleshoot automation failures, analyze results, and identify issues

effectively.

• Experience working with existing automation frameworks and collaborating with

development and QA teams.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with established automation frameworks and structured test execution

workflows.

• Exposure to localization and globalization (G11n) testing or related automation

frameworks.

• Familiarity with products involving desktop virtualization, application management, or

enterprise software.

• Ability to learn an existing framework quickly and contribute with minimal ramp-up time.
