Take accountability for moving the key business metrics within your area and Provide thought partnership to the product team and ensure collaboration among product, engineering, and business operation teams.
B.Tech, M.tech or any other similar qualification with at least 10+ years of experience in building cutting edge products with 2+ years in people management.
Strong experience handling large data (batch and real-time), workflows and scheduling, building pluggable frameworks and systems, strong abstraction, and design skills.
Proven track record of delivering products with high quality, familiarity with multiple software development practices and tools.
Exposure to batch processing & near real time pipelines to transition data between multiple systems.

Java, Python, Scala, Mysql, Redis, Elastic Search, Spark, Hadoop, Hive, HBase, Druid, MongoDB, Aerospike, Kafka, RabbitMQ, nodejs, React Native, Reactjs, Reactive Programming with Vert.x & Spring webflux, Google Cloud Platform, K8s.

Solid experience handling large data (batch and real-time), workflows and scheduling, building pluggable frameworks and systems, strong abstraction, and design skills.
