We are looking for a technically oriented trainer who can develop a robust understanding of MDIP's architecture and engineering approach, and turn that knowledge into structured learning for internal teams and implementation partners. This is a platform-focused role centred on how the solution is designed, connected, configured and deployed—not on generic programming-language training. The individual will work closely with the Technical Architecture Team and relevant product and engineering stakeholders to build technical training, learning resources and certification programmes. Build a deep understanding of how MDIP is structured, engineered and deployed, and translate this into clear technical learning experiences.

Data Models & Data Flows: Explain data models, entities, relationships, structures and data flows, including how information is organised and moves across the platform.

Configuration & Deployment: Build understanding of platform configuration, environments, deployment concepts, release considerations and technical dependencies.

Technical Design Principles: Help learners understand the design principles, architectural patterns and engineering considerations that shape the platform.

Internal & Partner Training: Conduct structured technical onboarding, product walkthroughs and enablement sessions for internal teams and implementation partners.

Technical Learning Content: Develop architecture diagrams, technical presentations, system walkthroughs, integration references, data model guides, FAQs and hands-on exercises.





Training & Certification Framework: Help establish technical learning paths, practical assessments, knowledge checks and certification processes.

Architecture Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Technical Architecture Team and relevant product and engineering stakeholders to build platform knowledge, validate learning content and reflect technical changes accurately.

Platform Champion: Become a credible technical platform champion who can independently conduct high-quality training and help scale technical knowledge across internal teams and the partner ecosystem.

Understanding of software platforms, application architecture, system design or enterprise technology environments. • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data models, microservices and deployment concepts would be useful. • Interest in knowledge sharing, continuous learning and building a consistent technical training culture. This is a platform-focused technical enablement role rather than a conventional programming-language or generic technology training role. The emphasis is on understanding and teaching how MDIP is engineered—its architecture, data models, APIs, integrations, microservices, configuration, deployment and technical design principles.

Technical learning paths and certification practices help build platform knowledge and implementation readiness. • The trainer becomes a trusted platform champion and helps scale technical capability across the organisation and partner ecosystem.
