We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated male professional with a strong background in BE, MBA, or M.Sc. in Environmental Science to join our team as a Business Development Executive in Pune.

Reporting to the GM Sales & Marketing, the Business Development Executive will focus on lead generation, client interactions, market research, site visits, handling inquiries, and closing commercial deals. This role plays a key part in expanding our services and products while ensuring accurate process documentation and CRM tracking.

Identify and generate new business leads through market research,



networking, prospecting, and monitoring market trends/competitor activities.
Handle client inquiries promptly, prepare proposals/quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals to achieve targets.
Sales Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales interactions, and documentation in CRM/ERP software, delivering periodic sales reports to management.
BE / MBA / M.Experience Required:
~1 to 2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client management.

Technical: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), experience with CRM/ERP software, knowledge of market research, lead generation, and sales pipeline management. (Soft Skills: Robust verbal/written communication, persuasive negotiation abilities, target-oriented approach, analytical thinking, and willingness to travel for client visits.
