We are hiring a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Product Manager, a technical lead, to drive innovative solutions for revenue management and business growth. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud, with hands-on experience in CPQ, pricing, product catalog, orders, and contracts. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives.

Design and implement Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, including CPQ, pricing, and contract management.

Optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities to enhance customer experience and sales efficiency.

Ensure system scalability, security, and performance through best practices.

Manage the lifecycle of cloud-based applications, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.

Drive initiatives to optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.

Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and trends to maintain competitive advantage.

Lead the integration and enhancement of applications connected to Nokia's next-generation CRM (ngCRM) platform. Identify opportunities to improve user experience and operational efficiency across connected systems.

Oversee the successful delivery of programs and projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program success.



Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.

Key Skills And Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline with 8-10 years working on cloud SW products and leading teams in different roles

Experience in people management and leading internal and external teams

Proven experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. (Salesforce products)

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Salesforce knowledge (or even certification), Data engineering experience
