Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to find new business, win clients and build long-term relationships for our software development services and AI products. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a go-getter attitude and the ability to drive growth through client outreach and engagement.

Identify, prospect and win new clients for our software development services and AI products.
Generate leads and build a solid sales pipeline through outreach, networking and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams on project scoping, proposals, negotiations and client onboarding.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
Find opportunities to grow existing accounts and open new revenue streams.
Schedule meetings with prospects and keep accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Good to Have:



Experience selling IT services, software or SaaS, working with international (US) clients, and using CRM tools.

Education: Any graduate. MBA or a technical degree is a plus.
