Monitor budgetary and key performance indicator movements.
Responsible for all financial and accounting functions of the organization.
To ensure effective implementation of all Materials Policies & Procedures following local legislation, whilst maintaining brand Standards in Materials Management.
Ensure to manage the development of accounting admissions,
credit/collections and internal control policies.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the network
comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive luxury hotel experience of which at least 3 years in the similar role.
Preference shall be given to Chartered Accountant.
Successful pre-opening experience would be an added advantage.
