Experience required : Our client is in the business of building tasteful brands across categories and geographies. Every brand we build has to earn its first thousand customers somewhere. For most of them, that somewhere is Google and Meta. You brief the creative you need instead of waiting for it. When the account is not working, you are the person who says so first, with the reason.
You will run several brands at once, each at a different stage. They do not need the same account, the same budget logic or the same creative.
The accounts. Structure, audiences, bidding, budgets and pacing across Google and Meta for every brand you run. You build the account you want rather than inheriting one.
- Creative testing . You brief the writer and the designer,
you decide what goes live, and you know the difference between a creative problem and an audience problem.
- If the data is wrong, every decision after it is wrong, and that is yours to keep clean.
- Most spend dies in the gap between the ad and the cart, and you do not get to call that someone else's problem.
- Two to four years running Google and Meta with real budgets you were accountable for. D2C, agency or in-house, they care about the accounts you ran.
- Account structure you can defend. You can read data and know when not to act on it. Creative instinct. You can look at ten ads and call the winner more often than chance, and you can write a brief that gets you the eleventh.
- Tracking hygiene. New brands, no benchmarks, no category norms they intend to inherit.
- Food, FMCG, beauty or anything else bought on impulse and repeat is a plus.
