Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) – BlackBuck Limited

The company provides products and services that help truck operators manage their business efficiently, including FASTag, GPS tracking, fuel monitoring, and digital payment solutions.

The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, Gujarat. The role focuses on field sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management with truck owners and fleet operators. Promote and sell FASTag, GPS tracking devices, and other vehicle-related products to truck owners.

- Conduct field visits to identify potential customers and generate current business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with truck owners and fleet operators.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and services to prospective customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service support.
- Address customer queries and support issue resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and convincing skills, including effective verbal communication in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.




- Customer relationship management skills with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Willingness to work in field sales and travel across Surat as required.
- Ability to manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and basic service-related issues professionally.
- Prior experience in sales, field marketing, logistics, transportation, or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree preferred; relevant practical experience will also be considered.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: 15,000–30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Performance-Based Incentives: Additional incentives based on sales performance, with the potential to earn 50,000 or more per month, depending on results.
