Generalist - Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking AI Generalists to support a project focused on improving next-generation AI systems. In this remote contract role, you will apply your professional experience, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with AI tools to complete real-world digital tasks, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and provide structured feedback.

Compensation: $30–$49 per hour
Work Arrangement: Remote, contract
Eligible Location: United States

Responsibilities

- Execute real-world digital workflows across online platforms, products, and services.

- Use AI tools to complete assigned tasks and assess their performance.

- Perform online purchasing, payment, and cancellation workflows when required, following project guidelines.

- Document task execution with screenshots, observations, and structured feedback.

- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve AI-generated outputs.

- Provide transparent, detailed feedback to improve AI accuracy and real-world usability.

- Manage multiple assignments independently while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

- Professional experience in a field such as business, technology, operations, or a related area.

- Hands-on experience using AI tools.





- Strong digital literacy and confidence navigating online platforms and applications.

- Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and written communication skills.

- Ability to document workflows and provide clear, structured feedback.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and maintain consistent weekly availability.

- Comfort completing real-world purchasing and cancellation tasks, including using personal payment methods when required under approved reimbursement procedures.

- Access to a laptop or device with fingerprint or facial recognition capability for secure checkout workflows. Biometric data is not stored; the feature is used to complete tasks securely.

Preferred Background

Experience with AI training, digital projects, or similar assignments is an advantage. Previous experience with the project platform is also beneficial.
