Skill Set : E2E Underwriter, Income Review Specialist, Collateral Underwriter, Non-QM Underwriter,
Shift: Should be adaptable to work in night shifts
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Live Underwriting
Roles and Responsibilities
Perform live underwriting reviews of loan applications to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex underwriting issues and improve overall process efficiency.
Conduct thorough income calculations for US residential mortgages using various software tools
