Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and strengthening relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and channel partners. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, generate leads, prepare proposals,



and manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets. The role also includes participation in industry events, local marketing initiatives, and continuous improvement of sales strategies for the region.
Solid skills in business development, B2B sales, and client relationship management.
Experience in channel partner management, territory planning, and market expansion.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into sales strategies.
Proven track record in building materials, construction, or related industries is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
Comfort with on-site field work, frequent client meetings, and travel within the region.
