In this role, you will take ownership of service operations, provide expert technical guidance, strengthen customer relationships, and identify opportunities to grow service offerings and revenue. Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Services, Field Service, or Equipment Maintenance.
Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships and deliver service excellence.
Leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop service professionals.
Proficiency in MS Office, Workday, and other relevant business applications.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Service Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Act as the technical escalation point, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and maintaining high service standards.
Build long-term partnerships with customers through regular engagement and proactive support.
Drive operational improvements, optimize service processes, and enhance team productivity.
Oversee training, performance management, and career development initiatives to build a high-performing team.
