As a Recruiter, you will run full-cycle hiring across roles, from sourcing and screening to offer, and give hiring managers a fast, high-signal pipeline of strong candidates.
Source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound
Track funnel metrics and keep the ATS clean and current
1 to 5 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or full-cycle hiring
- Comfort with an ATS and structured interviewing
- Explicit written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Experience hiring for startup, SaaS, or high-growth teams
Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Lever, or LinkedIn Recruiter
Remote-friendly, pan-India hiring with long-term placement
