AUCUR automates rent collection for PG, hostel and co-living operators across India. Rent is collected, tracked, reconciled and settled straight into the owner's bank account, with no chasing tenants, no manual follow-ups and no missed payments. Alongside this, our B2B SaaS platform gives operators a full toolkit to manage properties, tenants and operations from one dashboard and mobile app.

You'll own the full sales cycle for PG, hostel and co-living owners: find them, reach them, meet them, and close them. The role mixes field sales, market scouting, calling from the office and client meetings. Collect and verify owner and decision-maker contacts through visits, local networks and online listings

Build a network of brokers and channel partners for referrals

Outreach

Cold call and follow up with owners to qualify interest and book meetings

Run outreach through calls, WhatsApp and email to keep the pipeline moving

Meet owners in person or over video to run product demos





Pitch AUCUR's automated rent collection and management platform in terms of the owner's real problems: delayed rent, manual tracking and cash leakage

Log every lead, call, meeting and follow-up in the CRM/sales tracker on the same day

1–3 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, fintech, payments, or with property, hospitality or real estate businesses

- Strong track record of meeting sales targets
- Confident on the phone and face-to-face in English and Hindi; Kannada/Telugu/Tamil is a strong plus
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable splitting time between calling and meeting clients
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
- Familiarity with Bengaluru PG/co-living hubs (HSR, Koramangala, BTM, Electronic City, Marathahalli, Whitefield) is a bonus
