Position: Senior Tech Lead Location : Experience : 7+ years
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Our Client is an innovative IT consulting company with almost 3 decades of industry presence with a primary focus on Public Administration. They have established themselves as an organization delivering mission critical projects to Government Clients across the country. Currently they are working on Government Projects in multiple states in the Country.

As a Senior Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction of projects and ensuring high-quality software delivery. You will be responsible for providing deep technical expertise, defining architecture and design frameworks, and ensuring coding excellence across the development team.
The role involves mapping business and domain requirements to robust technical solutions, guiding the team through complex problem-solving, and maintaining alignment with industry best practices and emerging technologies. In addition to hands-on technical contributions, you will serve as a mentor, fostering talent development, promoting collaboration, and upholding coding standards within the team.

Define application architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Select appropriate frameworks, libraries, and tools (Spring Boot, Hibernate, microservices, etc.).
Ensure integration with databases, APIs, and third-party systems follows best practices.
Provide hands-on guidance in coding, debugging, performance tuning, and reviewing critical components.
Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
Drive adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud readiness.




Collaborate with the Application Development Lead to ensure business logic is implemented correctly in technical design.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure unit testing, automated integration testing, and SonarQube compliance are achieved.
Address performance bottlenecks, optimize database queries, and ensure high availability.
Mentor developers on advanced Java, architecture, and problem-solving.
Keep the team updated on emerging trends in Java, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and Microservices Architecture

- Experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications
- Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and database performance optimization
- Proficiency in design patterns, software architecture, and secure coding practices
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Expertise in unit testing, integration testing, SonarQube, and quality assurance practices
- Robust troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java-based enterprise application development.
- Proven experience in application architecture, microservices, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and API development.
- Experience in technical leadership, code reviews, solution design, and mentoring development teams.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong experience in database design, performance optimization, and system integration.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Relevant certifications in Java, Cloud Technologies, Kubernetes, or DevOps will be an added advantage.
