FiunEx is looking for a driven and resourceful Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified professionals across non-IT functions, including engineering, manufacturing, operations, and other business functions.
Candidates with experience in global recruitment, particularly US hiring, will be preferred.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requirement understanding and sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other cutting-edge sourcing channels.
Recruit for non-IT positions, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, operations, supply chain,



and other specialized roles.
Review job descriptions and collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, experience criteria, and candidate expectations.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, experience, availability, and compensation expectations.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ATS records, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
Meet recruitment targets while maintaining quality of hire and a positive candidate experience.

2–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience, primarily in non-IT hiring.

- Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, or other specialized non-IT positions is desirable.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, and other candidate sourcing techniques.
- Experience in global recruitment, particularly US recruitment.

Familiarity with international recruitment processes, time-zone coordination, and candidate engagement across geographies.

A proactive recruiter who enjoys challenging searches, can identify quality candidates beyond conventional job portals, and takes ownership of recruitment assignments from sourcing through closure.
