The Sales Leader will manage and lead the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive revenue growth through targeted customer engagements.



Day-to-day tasks will include managing customer relationships, conducting training sessions for the sales team, identifying market opportunities, and meeting sales targets to contribute to the company's mission of delivering high-quality snacks worldwide.

Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve targets
Experience in leading and Training sales teams to achieve goals
Knowledge of the snack or food industry is a plus
Proficiency in remote work tools and techniques
