Beacon Fire Inc. is seeking experienced and motivated U.IT Recruiters experienced in US staffing to join our offshore team. IT recruitment and be skilled in sourcing, screening, and validating candidates for our Direct and Sl client IT- roles.
Minimum 5 years of experience in US- IT recruitment (Implementation Requirements) , with a proven track record of successfully filling IT roles on contract, W2 and FT roles.
Work Visa categories.
Experience recruiting for specific IT disciplines such as software development, cyber security, or data analytics, Cloud Computing and Infrastructure, Networking and Systems Administration.
Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Bachelor's degree in B. Tech, BCA, or a related field.
