The role is responsible for product and solutions planning and execution across India, including assessing customer needs, analyzing market trends, and prioritizing product requirements. It serves as the contextual expert, defining the product vision and providing technical advice and support to the sales team, translating customer needs and expectations into technically feasible solutions, and coordinating product development across R&D; and engineering teams.

The role works closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, revenue growth, and high customer satisfaction. Provide pre-sales and post-sale technical support to business and customers, and work with Strategic Account Managers to present technical capabilities and detailed product solutions to customer technical teams.

Gather customer requirements, help define technical delivery approaches, and support R&D;/engineering teams in developing process or system solutions across multiple business domains.

Define the impact of requirements on upstream and downstream automation and related solution components, hand over tender technical requirements to Service/Projects teams, and liaise with project stakeholders on technical matters.

Identify additional customer needs for consumer experiences within the fuel & convenience retail space and determine delivery approach (build, buy, or partner).

Prioritize product backlog and manage the lifecycle of new product features from conception to launch.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to deliver high-quality products that meet market needs.

Analyze performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to drive product improvements.

Act as a product evangelist, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and with key clients across India.

Travel to meet with customers, stakeholders,



and gather market insights (up to 30% travel).

5+ years of product management experience in the software industry, preferably in convenience and retail fuel sectors, driving product strategies that align with business and sales goals.

Strong technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams to deliver scalable and customer-centric solutions.

Fluent English

Good technical knowledge of IoT, Cloud, Forecourt Control Technologies

Experience in business development and/or sales, including working closely with sales teams to identify customer needs, develop go-to-market strategies, and support revenue growth initiatives.

Strategic and creative problem-solving ability.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience in retail, convenience, or fuel retail sectors is a plus.

Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
