Outbound to founders and sales leaders at Seed to Series C companies.
Daily rhythm: 100 emails, 100 cold calls, 60 LinkedIn touches, Monday through Friday on US business hours. The SDR owns list quality in Clay, sequences in Instantly, and calls in Apollo. Three plus years as an SDR at a B2B company who has sold to US buyers.
Founding SDR or early-team SDR experience strongly preferred.
Strong spoken English, comfortable on the phone every day with US founders and sales leaders.
Clay, Apollo, Instantly, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator should be second nature.
Low-ego about coaching. Comfort selling to founders and sales leaders.
