Langford Staffing is recruiting experienced Telesales Representatives for a client that operates high-volume consumer outreach campaigns.

During each conversation, you will introduce the campaign, ask qualification questions, respond to objections, and encourage qualified consumers to speak with a sales representative.

You will not complete the final sale. If your experience aligns with the position, you will receive a link to complete a short pre-recorded video interview within 24–48 hours.

The interview contains realistic calling scenarios designed to evaluate your communication, objection handling, judgment, and coachability.

Make continuous outbound calls through an automatic dialer.

Gain attention and establish the purpose of the call quickly.

Explain why speaking with the sales representative may be valuable.

Ask qualified consumers to complete an immediate live transfer.

Record accurate notes and call dispositions.

Maintain call quality while working toward performance targets.

Campaigns may involve health benefits, insurance, telecommunications, or other consumer services.

Experience And Skills

Three or more years of telesales, outbound sales,



call-centre sales, appointment-setting, lead-generation, or live-transfer experience.

Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.

Experience meeting call, transfer, appointment, conversion, or sales targets.

Clear and professional spoken English.

Strong listening skills and the ability to adjust responses during a call.

Accurate CRM, call-note, and disposition habits.

The ability to receive coaching and apply feedback quickly.

Full-time availability during U.Eastern Time calling hours.

Experience with Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools, Readymode, or comparable dialer software is preferred.

Required Remote Setup

A computer with at least 16 GB of RAM.

A quiet and professional calling environment.

The ability to use a dialer, CRM, and campaign information simultaneously.

How Your Performance Will Be Measured

Performance will be evaluated through:

Hourly and daily calling results.

Call quality and professionalism.

Solid communication fundamentals, resilience, and the ability to learn from coaching are essential.
