Lead and manage the Human Resources team, ensuring smooth daily HR operations and high service standards.
Implement Hyatt Corporate Human Resources strategies, policies, and procedures at the hotel level.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws, statutory requirements, and company regulations.
Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning.
Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and employee relations activities.
Support financial objectives through workforce planning, payroll management, and HR budgeting.
Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR and people matters.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as Human Resource Manager, preferably in hospitality.
Solid knowledge of Indian labor laws, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
Proven experience in people management, talent development, and HR operations.
