We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives, brand visibility, digital presence, and lead-generation activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an interest in digital marketing, and the ability to create engaging content while supporting campaigns across multiple channels.

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Create engaging content for LinkedIn, social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Support content calendars, campaign planning, and marketing communications.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.
Assist with lead-generation activities, outreach campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.




Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement, reach, leads, and other relevant metrics.
Support website updates, SEO initiatives, and digital marketing activities.
Collaborate with business development, recruitment, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Maintain brand consistency across marketing communications and company materials.
Explore new marketing tools, platforms, and strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, and content creation.
Ability to create clear, engaging, and skilled marketing content.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for business marketing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Experience with Canva or other graphic design tools.
Familiarity with email marketing, SEO, and digital advertising.
Knowledge of analytics tools and campaign performance tracking.
Experience supporting B2B marketing, technology marketing, or lead-generation campaigns.
Basic understanding of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
