About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Last Mile Executive / Assistant Manager – D2C Logistics who can take ownership of shipment tracking, delivery performance, NDR and RTO management, and courier partner coordination. You'll play a key role in ensuring orders reach customers on time while reducing delivery failures and return rates.

Last-Mile Delivery: Track returned shipments through warehouse receipt.
Coordinate with courier partners on daily operations, escalations, service issues, and performance reviews.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics such as delivery TAT,



first-attempt delivery rate, NDR closure, RTO percentage, and damage claims.
MIS & Reporting: Maintain daily and weekly dashboards for dispatches, deliveries, NDR, and RTO, highlighting trends and operational bottlenecks.
Process Improvement: Help build SOPs, streamline shipment tracking, and automate repetitive tasks using technology and AI tools.
Work with warehouse, customer support, and finance teams on shipment reconciliation, courier claims, and COD remittances.

1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or D2C logistics, last-mile delivery, or courier operations.

- Hands-on experience managing NDR and RTO processes.
- Familiarity with shipping platforms such as Shiprocket, ClickPost, or courier partner dashboards.
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic dashboards.
- Clear communication skills in English and Hindi; Take ownership of critical logistics and delivery operations.

Help build processes and SOPs that scale with the business.
