Mandatory Requirements

Mumbai Residency: Candidates must currently reside in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai or Thane and be able to commute to the assigned office. Candidates currently living outside this region and planning to relocate are not eligible for this hiring campaign.

International Voice Readiness:



Must be comfortable speaking with international customers in English.

Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts and rotational weekly offs.

Office Readiness: Must be comfortable working from the office.

English Communication: Good spoken English, listening, comprehension and customer-handling skills are essential.

Experience and Qualifications

Freshers with strong English communication skills may apply for suitable entry-level opportunities.

Candidates with domestic or international BPO experience are encouraged to apply.

International voice experience will be an advantage.

Experience in customer service, technical support, sales, collections or banking operations may provide additional opportunities.
