*About The Role:*
We are hiring a *R2R / General Ledger Analyst* for Gurgaon location. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in R2R, General Ledger, and Financial Accounting with strong hands-on experience in month-end closing and reconciliations.
*Mandatory Skills:*
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in R2R / General Ledger / Financial Accounting
- Hands-on experience in month-end closing and journal entries
- Experience in balance sheet account reconciliations
- Knowledge of accruals, provisions, and financial reporting
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
*Preferred Skills:*
- Experience in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar ERP systems
- Exposure to SOX controls and audit processes
- Experience in Shared Services or multinational organizations
- Knowledge of intercompany accounting and fixed assets
- ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent accounting qualification (completed or pursuing)
