Your tasks

- Administer and maintain critical business applications such as GitLab, Artifactory and related DevOps platforms running on Linux, Containers and Kubernetes/OpenShift environments
- Support developer teams and projects in using role-based access control and standard workflows for project spaces in GitLab and Artifactory
- Participate in the “Multi Region” initiative at the India site, including testing, performance analysis and investigation of bottlenecks
- Monitor systems proactively to ensure high availability, detect incidents early and perform root cause analysis
- Analyze support tickets to identify recurring issues and implement improvements that reduce manual support effort
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and internal applications using Python and Bash to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
- Support release and change management activities in line with internal processes and guidelines
- Create and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides and operational guidelines
- Contribute to business continuity management and disaster recovery activities
- Collaborate with international teams and support colleagues in solving technical issues and adopting new technologies

Your qualifications

- You hold a degree in computer science, electrical engineering or a related field and want to build software developer platforms that makes a real difference.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab, Artifactory,



CI/CD pipelines or similar DevOps tools
- Experience with AI-assisted development or automation tools such as Copilot, Cursor
- Several years of professional experience in application operations, Dev(Sec)Ops or system administration
- Strong knowledge of Linux server administration experience with containers and Kubernetes/OpenShift environments
- Understanding of web infrastructure, TCP/IP networking and system performance analysis
- You bring practical knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and configuration management (with Python, Bash and Ansible)
- Familiarity with Jira, agile ways of working, ITSM processes and ideally the ITIL framework
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile. German language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to take occasional business trips to Munich or other India locations if required
