The company is seeking a high-integrity sales qualified to expand its presence across the Indore market through disciplined, customer-focused field engagement.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads independently through territory mapping, market research, cold calling, cold visits, and direct meetings with decision-makers.
- Build relationships with CTOs, IT Managers, Facility Heads, and other business stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions across firewalls, cyber security, networking, Wi-Fi access points, intercom and IP-PBX systems, BMS, video door phones, smart locks, intrusion and fire alarm systems, conferencing equipment, and walkie-talkies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical solution presentations when required.
- Handle objections, negotiate commercially, follow up consistently, and close contracts.




- Prepare accurate technical BOQs, quotations, commercial proposals, and sales reports in professional English.
- Plan daily routes, maintain the sales pipeline, and track field activity from prospecting through conversion.

Requirements

- Proven sales experience, preferably in IT, telecom, IP-PBX, networking, enterprise security, or related technical solutions.
- This is a 100% field-based role in Indore; applicants must be comfortable with independent prospecting and frequent client visits.
- Strong spoken and written English for presentations, proposals, and client meetings.
- Demonstrated ability in consultative selling, lead hunting, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
- Excellent territory planning, time management, resilience, punctuality, professional ethics, and self-motivation.
- This opportunity is not for telecalling or banking/BFSI sales profiles.
