- Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company profile, products, and services to customers.
- Regularly follow up with customers and convert leads into orders.
- Manage and update customer data in CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
